Founded and led by one of only about 2,300 licensed African-American architects in the United States, Liquid Studios has its foundations rooted in culturally competent design of all things. LS comes at all problem solving through the design lens from personal artifacts to buildings, communities, and technology.
We understand the "Power of Place" has on how people "walk in the world." We leverage wisdom formed since 1992 and with the combined experience of more than 1,000 years from over 100 members of the Studios.
Our design work has led us to create the Mi Rialiti [my reality] mobile and WebOS-based platform as an ultimate vertically integrated tool for narrative capture to make all data sets more intelligent (www.mirialiti.com).
In collaboration with the 501c3 NOLA-based Institute for Local Innovations, Inc. www.ili360.org and its work with NASA Technology Transfer via next generations entrepreneurship, LS has total vertical integration from Place to Technology.

We support next-generation leaders across all 21 Studios to develop into informed, well-prepared servant leaders and creative problem solvers. We do this, in part by working with clients on organizational continuity planning strategies to help young professionals prepare for leadership roles and build the talent pipeline.
We deploy various approaches to foster and promote intergenerational knowledge transfer, collaborative learning, and civic engagement. This includes identifying potential barriers for organizational continuity planning as well as best practices that can be replicated. Working with clients and colleagues, we support implementing the optimal way to share and transfer knowledge between current and successive generations.
Our approach celebrates knowledge transfer going both ways. As a result, each generation has something to teach and something to learn.
NextGen, Mid-Career, Bridge, and Encore Professionals all have something to give and learn; the Liquid Studios model provides each generation the ability to do both.
