River Center for the Performing Arts

John I. Rivers served as resident architect for this 250,000 square foot, state-of-the-art project.
 Mr. Rivers was charged with the primary responsibility of solving design and construction problems to avoid delays.

The project consisted of three performing arts halls, offices and a music school with very strict acoustical design and construction requirements.
