Mr. Rivers served as associate partner, project architect and on-site consultant. As project architect, he was on the design team for Phase I of this project (Design of the Crypt).  He worked with the lead principal to refine conceptual design studies, develop details, coordinate the team efforts and manage the bid process. 

Mr. Rivers was responsible for negotiating the construction contract with the general contractor. 
During Phase II of this project he provided contract administration services.  This phase involved the construction of two buildings.
