Achieving the positive outcomes of a shared vision requires intentionality and sticktoitiveness.

Like any other aspect of human endeavors, positive vision is implemented through the hard continuous work of management of both process and people.

The Studios that fall under the Management Rubric exist to take dreams, hopes, aspirations and visions and help make them into realities.

This requires skill, time, relationship building and trust between the manager and the managed as peers who have mutual consideration and thus mutual respect.

This Liquid Studios “transformational vs transactional” approach to Management allows our “Socratic method” on project sharing to achieve a safe space for Studio members.

The Studio members are expected to question findings, assumptions and recommendations to encourage deeper critical thinking to develop the optimum implementation for clients and the communities they serve.
