Larry Keating, Ph.D.

Dr. Keating’s research and consulting clients have included national institutions such as the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Homebuilders, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Community Services Administration, the U.S. Information Agency, the Fannie Mae Foundation and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. 

He has consulted with multiple state and local governments, private developers, housing authorities, building and development trade associations and community development corporations in housing and real estate economics, fair housing, housing policy, real estate market research, urban planning and community development.  

His research and writing has been recognized with national awards by the American Planning Association, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the American Collegiate Schools of Planning, the American Society for American City and Regional Planning History and the Georgia Planning Association.  He is the author or coauthor of four books and numerous articles in professional journals.
