Keith Walters, MBA, MSM.

Keith Walters spent over thirty years of service in the United States Navy. While in the Navy he served as an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, Supply Chain Management Instructor, Base Closure/Base Transition Officer, IT Resource Manager for the Naval Reserve, Director of Logistics, and Resource Manager for the Afghanistan National Army.  He retired from the military as a Supply Corps Commander.

While serving as the Base Closure/Base Transition Officer he worked with the Local Redevelopment Authority (LRA) for the City of Winter Park, FL to ensure the transfer of personal property, and Economic Conveyances.  He developed a detailed Memorandum of Agreement, which served as a roadmap to closure by identifying critical steps needed to close the base, dispose of property and convey the land to the city.

His career outside of the military includes providing input to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and teaching Economics and Management at Northwood University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

He served as the Director for the Drug Education for Youth (DEFY) Program in Athens, GA from 2001-2003. He worked with the Big Brothers and Sisters program while living in Dallas, TX.
