Brandye A. DeLarge

Brandye A. DeLarge has had a successful account management career beginning in the early 2000s gained from the Pharmaceutical Industry, Non-profit Industry, and Consulting. 

Her proven track record in these roles can be attributed to her ability to tailor marketing strategies to customers needs, effective execution of strategic plans, successful human management, build successful relationships with customers, managing budgets from $250k-$1.3M, high level interpersonal and teamwork skills, in-depth knowledge of the business, organizational assessment and redesign, overcoming and adapting to the ever-changing industry trends, and a strong desire to succeed.

Ms. DeLarge, works for Delgado Community College as an Instructor in the Business Department. She also works as an Adjunct Professor at Dillard University. In addition, to teaching, Ms. DeLarge, is the CEO and Lead Consultant for Professional Possibilities, LLC; a company focused on developing and sustaining non-profits and small businesses. 

Ms. DeLarge earned both her Bachelors and Masters Business Administration degrees from Florida A&M University. She is currently enrolled at Capella University where she is completing her dissertation to obtain a PhD in Organization and Management.

Ms. DeLarge is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she devotes a great deal of time serving the community. Additionally, she has a passion for educating business owners on best practices in regards to decision making, and assisting them develop and execute effective strategic plans.
